The Story

Premiering at the 2021 Berlin Film Festival, Hadas Ben Aroya’s (People I Am Not) compelling second feature film follows three young Tel Avivians navigating life, love and intimacy. Danny is looking for Max at a party to share that she’s pregnant with his child. But Max has just started a new relationship, and is more focused on realising his girlfriend's sexual fantasies. Meanwhile, Avishag is developing a friendship with an older man whose dog she’s looking after. These young Israelis are ready to try anything in the pressure to be liberated.
